These adorable Bunny Paw Cookies are a perfect Easter treat! Soft, buttery cookies are decorated with sweet, colorful details to resemble cute bunny paws. Made with simple ingredients like butter, powdered sugar, and white chocolate, these cookies are a fun and festive way to celebrate spring.

For the Cookies:

  • 1 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 tsp salt

For the Decoration:

 

  • 1 cup white chocolate or candy melts, melted
  • 12 large pink candy melts (for the paw pads)
  • 48 small pink candy pearls or mini M&Ms (for the toe pads)

Instructions

  • Make the Cookies: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, cream butter and powdered sugar until light and fluffy.
  • Mix in vanilla extract, then gradually add flour and salt until a soft dough forms.
  • Scoop dough into tablespoon-sized balls and flatten slightly onto the baking sheet.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes or until lightly golden around the edges. Let cool completely.
  • Decorate: Dip the top of each cookie into melted white chocolate.
  • Place a large pink candy melt in the center for the paw pad.
  • Arrange four small pink candy pearls or mini M&Ms above it to create toes.

 

  • Let the chocolate set before serving.

Notes

  • These cookies are great for Easter parties, and they can be made in advance and stored in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
  • For a more vibrant decoration, you can use different colored candy melts for the paws.

 

  • If you prefer, you can also add sprinkles or edible glitter for a little extra sparkle!
