  • 1/2 cup pizza sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup mini pepperoni slices
  • 1/2 cup cooked sausage (crumbled or sliced, pre-cooked and seasoned)
  • 1 cup crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos
  • 1/4 cup melted butter
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  • Preheat Oven: Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Prepare the Dough: Roll out the pizza dough on a lightly floured surface. Cut it into small rectangles, ensuring each piece is the right size to hold your fillings.
  • Fill and Roll: Spread a small amount of pizza sauce on each rectangle. Sprinkle shredded mozzarella cheese over the sauce. Add mini pepperoni slices and a small amount of cooked sausage.
  • Coat with Doritos: In a bowl, combine the crushed Nacho Cheese Doritos, melted butter, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Roll each pizza roll in the Doritos mixture until fully coated.
