- Mascarpone cheese: 500 g

Instructions
- Whip the heavy cream in a mixing bowl until soft peaks form and set aside.
- In a separate bowl, mix mascarpone cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the mascarpone mixture until fully combined.
- Lightly grease or line a rectangular baking dish.
- Quickly dip the ladyfinger sponge cake into the milk and arrange a single layer at the bottom of the dish.
- Spread an even layer of the cream mixture over the soaked sponge.
- Melt the dark chocolate gently and spread a thin layer over the cream.
- Sprinkle crushed pistachios and shredded pastry on top.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with chocolate, pistachios, and shredded pastry.
- Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
