This Easter Chocolate Cookie Bark is an easy-to-make, festive treat that brings together creamy chocolate, crunchy cookies, and colorful candy for a fun and delicious Easter dessert! Perfect for parties, Easter baskets, or just a sweet springtime snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12 oz (340g) white chocolate or milk chocolate, melted
  • 1/2 cup crushed chocolate sandwich cookies (Oreos work great!)
  • 1/2 cup mini chocolate eggs (Cadbury Mini Eggs or M&Ms)
  • 1/4 cup pastel-colored sprinkles
  • 1/4 cup mini marshmallows (optional)
  • 1/4 cup pretzel pieces (optional for a sweet-salty crunch)

Instructions

  • Melt the Chocolate:
Place the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl and heat in 30-second intervals, stirring between each, until melted and smooth.
If using white chocolate and you want pastel colors, divide the melted chocolate into small bowls and add a few drops of food coloring.

  • Assemble the Bark:
Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Pour the melted chocolate onto the sheet and spread it evenly using a spatula.
Immediately sprinkle the crushed cookies, mini chocolate eggs, sprinkles, marshmallows, and pretzel pieces over the chocolate. Press lightly to help them stick.

  • Chill and Break into Pieces:
Place the tray in the refrigerator for about 30 minutes, or until fully set.
Once hardened, break the bark into random-sized pieces using your hands or a knife.

Notes

  • This recipe is highly customizable! You can swap in different types of chocolate or candy based on your preference.
  • Make sure to use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor and texture.
  • If you prefer a more traditional chocolate bark, skip the pastel-colored sprinkles and use more chocolate-covered candies.
