This Easy Cool Whip Candy is a soft, pillowy, no-bake treat that melts in your mouth! Made with just a few ingredients, these chocolate-coated delights are perfect for holidays, parties, or a quick dessert fix.

Ingredients

  • 1 tub (8 oz) Cool Whip, thawed

  • 1 package (12 oz) chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white)

  • 1 package (12 oz) almond bark or candy melts

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)

  • Sprinkles or crushed nuts (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Step 1: Prep the Cool Whip Base

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or wax paper.

  2. Using a small cookie scoop or spoon, drop dollops of Cool Whip onto the baking sheet.

  3. Freeze for at least 1 hour or until firm.

Step 2: Melt the Chocolate

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips and almond bark in 30-second intervals, stirring in between until smooth.

  2. Stir in vanilla extract if using.

Step 3: Dip the Cool Whip

  1. Remove the frozen Cool Whip dollops from the freezer.

  2. Using a fork, dip each dollop into the melted chocolate, ensuring full coverage. Let excess chocolate drip off.

  3. Place the coated candies back onto the parchment-lined tray.

  4. Immediately decorate with sprinkles or nuts before the chocolate hardens.

Step 4: Set and Serve

  1. Allow the candies to set at room temperature or place them in the fridge for 15-20 minutes until firm.

  2. Serve and enjoy!
