A delicious no-bake dessert that mimics the flavor of a classic eclair. Layers of creamy pudding, graham crackers, and rich hot fudge come together to create a simple yet indulgent treat that’s perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • 2 small boxes instant French vanilla pudding
  • 3 cups milk
  • 1 (8 oz) tub Cool Whip
  • 1 box graham crackers
  • 1 jar hot fudge topping
  • 1 jar maraschino cherries (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, use an electric blender or wire whisk to blend the French vanilla pudding and milk until smooth.
  2. Stir in the Cool Whip until the mixture is well blended and creamy.
  3. Line the bottom of a 9×13-inch pan with graham crackers.
  4. Pour and spread half of the pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  5. Add another layer of graham crackers on top of the pudding mixture.
  6. Spread the remaining pudding mixture over the graham crackers.
  7. Add a final layer of graham crackers.
  8. Place the hot fudge topping in a microwavable bowl and heat for 1 minute. Stir, then heat for another minute. Stir again until smooth.
  9. Pour the hot fudge over the top layer of graham crackers and spread evenly.
  10. Garnish with maraschino cherries.
  11. Refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or overnight, for best results.

Notes

  • For a thicker, richer flavor, use whole milk instead of low-fat milk.
  • You can also add whipped cream or extra chocolate chips on top for more texture and flavor.
  • If desired, add a layer of sliced bananas or strawberries for added freshness and variety.
