- 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 large egg
- 3 cloves garlic, minced

- 1/3 cup hot sauce
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
- Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Shape into meatballs and place on baking sheet.
- Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until cooked through.
- In a saucepan, combine hot sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil, then simmer until thickened.
- Toss meatballs in sauce until fully coated.
- Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds and serve.
