Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1 large egg
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/3 cup hot sauce
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon rice vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet.
  2. Mix ground beef, breadcrumbs, egg, garlic, salt, and pepper until combined.
  3. Shape into meatballs and place on baking sheet.
  4. Bake for 15 to 18 minutes until cooked through.
  5. In a saucepan, combine hot sauce, brown sugar, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and sesame oil, then simmer until thickened.
  6. Toss meatballs in sauce until fully coated.
  7. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds and serve.
