Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  2. Mix mango, avocado, red onion, cilantro, jalapeño, lime juice, salt, and pepper in a bowl. Chill the salsa.
  3. Season fish with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and cumin.
  4. Place the fish in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until golden and flaky.
  5. Warm tortillas in a dry skillet or over open flame.
  6. Assemble tacos with a lettuce leaf, cooked fish, and chilled mango salsa.
  7. Serve immediately with lime wedges.
