- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles
- 8 wooden popsicle sticks
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and clear space in the freezer.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and creamy.
- Insert a wooden stick into each banana half and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
- Dip each banana into the cheesecake mixture, coating evenly, then sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
- Place the coated banana pops in the freezer and freeze until completely firm, about 2 hours.
- Once frozen, serve immediately or transfer to a freezer-safe container for storage.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm bananas for the best texture.
- Chill the cheesecake mixture slightly for easier coating.
