Frozen Banana Cheesecake Pops

Creamy frozen banana cheesecake pops with a smooth vanilla cheesecake coating and colorful sprinkles, perfect for a refreshing make-ahead dessert.

  • Total Time: 2 hours 15 minutes
  • Yield: 8 pops 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 medium ripe bananas, peeled and halved
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup rainbow sprinkles
  • 8 wooden popsicle sticks

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and clear space in the freezer.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract, mixing until smooth and creamy.
  3. Insert a wooden stick into each banana half and place them on the prepared baking sheet.
  4. Dip each banana into the cheesecake mixture, coating evenly, then sprinkle with rainbow sprinkles.
  5. Place the coated banana pops in the freezer and freeze until completely firm, about 2 hours.
  6. Once frozen, serve immediately or transfer to a freezer-safe container for storage.

Notes

  • Use ripe but firm bananas for the best texture.
  • Chill the cheesecake mixture slightly for easier coating.
  • Store pops with parchment paper between layers to prevent sticking.
