Ingredients
Scale
- 2 cups Greek yogurt (plain, full-fat) – creamy and tangy base for the bark
- 1½ cups fresh strawberries, chopped – adds natural sweetness and vibrant color
- 2–3 tablespoons honey – for a touch of natural sweetness
- ½ teaspoon vanilla extract – enhances flavor and adds warmth
Instructions
- Line a baking sheet or tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the yogurt mixture evenly onto the prepared tray to about ¼ inch thickness.
- Sprinkle chopped strawberries over the yogurt and gently press them in.
- Freeze for 3–4 hours or until completely solid.
- Remove from the freezer, lift out the bark using the parchment, and break into pieces.
- Serve immediately or store in a freezer-safe container for later.
Notes
- Use parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to prevent sticking.
