  • Total Time: 30 minutes
  • Yield: 6 servings 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 12-count sweet Hawaiian slider rolls
  • 12 slices deli salami
  • 12 slices deli pepperoni
  • 6 slices mozzarella cheese
  • 6 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup melted butter
  • 3 cloves minced garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a 9×13 inch baking dish
  2. Slice slider rolls in half horizontally and place the bottom halves in the dish
  3. Layer provolone, salami, pepperoni, and mozzarella evenly over the rolls
  4. Place the top halves of the rolls back on
  5. Mix melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, and Parmesan; brush generously on tops
  6. Cover loosely with foil and bake 15 minutes, then uncover and bake another 5-7 minutes until golden

Notes

  • Use fresh Hawaiian rolls for the best texture
  • Double the garlic butter for extra flavor
  • Let sliders rest before slicing to hold together
