Gluten free Steam Buns

Ingredients

  • 3/4 cup warm water
  • 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
  • 2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions

  1. Prepare steamer and bring water to a simmer.
  2. Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
  3. Add warm water and oil, then knead into dough.
  4. Shape into smooth buns.
  5. Place on parchment in steamer.
  6. Steam for 12 to 15 minutes.
  7. Rest briefly and serve.
