Ingredients

- 3/4 cup warm water
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
Instructions
- Prepare steamer and bring water to a simmer.
- Mix flour, yeast, sugar, and salt.
- Add warm water and oil, then knead into dough.
- Shape into smooth buns.
- Place on parchment in steamer.
- Steam for 12 to 15 minutes.
- Rest briefly and serve.

- Use warm water, not hot
- Do not overcrowd steamer
- Best served fresh
