- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 2 large eggs

- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
- In another bowl, whisk sugar, Greek yogurt, eggs, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients and stir until just incorporated. Fold in chocolate chips if using.
- Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 20–25 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Cool completely before slicing and serving.
