Ingredients
Scale
- 1 can (8 oz) refrigerated crescent rolls
- 1 can (14.5 oz) cut green beans, drained
- 1 can (10.5 oz) cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup crispy fried onions
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- Pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin.
- In a mixing bowl, stir together the green beans, cream of mushroom soup, shredded cheese, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Open the crescent roll dough and separate into triangles. Press each triangle into the muffin cups, covering the bottom and sides.
- Spoon the filling evenly into each crescent roll cup. Don’t overfill. Sprinkle each with crispy fried onions.
- Bake for 12–15 minutes or until the crescent rolls are golden brown and cooked through.
- Let cool for 5 minutes in the pan before removing carefully.
- Serve warm as a side or snack. These are best enjoyed fresh but still taste amazing reheated.
Notes
- Use a cookie scoop for even filling distribution.
- Reheat leftovers in an air fryer for extra crispiness.
- Prep the filling a day ahead to save time.
- Try with puff pastry or biscuit dough for variation.
