Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium high heat.
- Mix soy sauce, water, and cornstarch in a small bowl.
- Add olive oil to the skillet.
- Cook ground beef until browned.
- Add carrots, green beans, onion, and garlic, then stir fry.
- Cook until vegetables are tender but still crisp.
- Pour in sauce and stir until thickened.
- Serve hot.
