Instructions
- Finely chop parsley and basil, then mince the garlic.
- In a mixing bowl combine parsley, basil, garlic, salt, and olive oil.
- Stir the mixture until the herbs and garlic are evenly distributed.
- Place a silicone ice cube tray on a stable surface.
- Spoon the herb and oil mixture into each cube section.
- Transfer the tray to the freezer and freeze for about 3 hours until solid.
- Remove the frozen cubes from the tray and store them in a freezer safe container.
- Use a cube whenever cooking pasta, vegetables, soups, or roasted dishes.
