Ingredients
Scale
- 2 large ripe peaches, halved and pitted
- 1 tablespoon olive oil or neutral oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
- Optional: Ground cinnamon, for sprinkling
Instructions
- Preheat your grill or grill pan over medium heat.
- Brush the cut sides of the peach halves with oil. Sprinkle with cinnamon if using.
- Lightly oil the grill grates or pan to prevent sticking.
- Place peaches cut-side down on the grill. Grill for 3–4 minutes until charred and softened. Flip and grill 1 minute more.
- Remove from heat, drizzle with honey, and let rest for a minute.
- Serve warm with a dollop of Greek yogurt on each peach half. Add extra honey or cinnamon to taste.
Notes
- Use ripe but firm peaches so they don’t fall apart on the grill.
- Greek yogurt gives the best texture and flavor contrast.
- Add toppings like granola or nuts for crunch.
- Chill grilled peaches for a refreshing twist.
