Iced French Toast Latte

Iced French Toast Latte

A refreshing and cozy coffee creation that captures the warm, maple-kissed flavors of French toast in a chilled latte format.

  • Total Time: 7 minutes
  • Yield: 1 serving 1x

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 ounces double shot espresso
  • 1 cup whole milk or oat milk
  • 2 tablespoons pure maple syrup
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prepare fresh espresso using your machine or Aeropress.
  2. Whisk the maple syrup, vanilla extract, and half of the cinnamon into the hot espresso until fully dissolved.
  3. Fill a tall serving glass to the brim with fresh ice cubes.
  4. Pour the milk into the glass over the ice, leaving space at the top.
  5. Slowly pour the sweetened espresso mixture over the milk to create a marbled effect.
  6. Froth a small amount of extra milk with the remaining cinnamon and spoon it onto the top.
  7. Add a straw, stir gently, and serve immediately.

Notes

  • Stir cinnamon into hot espresso first to avoid clumping in the cold drink.
  • Use very cold milk for the best frothing results.
  • Freeze coffee into cubes to prevent the latte from becoming watered down.
