Instructions
- Brew two shots of espresso and let them cool slightly.
- In a cocktail shaker or mason jar, combine espresso, maple syrup, brown sugar, ground cinnamon, and ice cubes.
- Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds until well chilled and frothy.
- Fill a tall glass with fresh ice.
- Pour the shaken espresso mixture into the glass.
- Drizzle cream or milk slowly on top to create a layered effect.
- Sprinkle a pinch of cinnamon on top if desired and serve with a straw.
