  • For the Filling:
    • 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
    • 1 packet Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix
    • 1 (8-ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • For Garnish:
    • 1 kiwi fruit, peeled and diced or sliced

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Crust:
    • Prepare the pie crust according to package directions for a single crust pie in a 10-inch tart pan or 9-inch pie plate.
    • Cool completely.
  2. Make the Filling:
    • In a large bowl, combine cream cheese and Key Lime Cheese Ball Mix.
    • Using an electric mixer, beat until well combined, light, and fluffy.
    • Mix in the thawed whipped topping until smooth.
  3. Assemble the Tart:
    • Spread the key lime mixture evenly into the cooled crust.
  4. Chill:
    • Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours to set.
  5. Garnish and Serve:
    • Before serving, garnish with diced or sliced kiwi.

Notes

  • For added flavor, you can also use lime zest or a squeeze of fresh lime juice in the filling.
  • This tart is best served chilled and can be made the day before to allow the flavors to meld.
