Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup unsalted butter (softened)
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 2 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 6 Kinder chocolate bars (roughly chopped)
- 2 Kinder Bueno bars (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Cream together the softened butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar until light and fluffy. Add the eggs and vanilla extract and beat until combined.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking soda, and salt. Gradually mix into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the milk chocolate chips and chopped Kinder chocolate. Scoop dough onto the tray using a cookie scoop, spacing them apart.
- Bake for 10–12 minutes until edges are golden and centers look slightly underdone.
- Immediately press Kinder Bueno pieces onto the tops of the cookies. Let cool on the tray for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
- Serve warm or store in an airtight container for later.
Notes
- Chilling the dough helps the cookies bake thicker and enhances flavor.
- Underbake slightly for that soft, gooey center.
- Freeze dough balls for quick baking later.
