Ingredients

Instructions

  2. Blend for 1 to 2 minutes until smooth and fluffy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Continue blending briefly to achieve an airy texture.
  4. Spoon into a serving bowl and create soft swirls on top.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle additional lemon zest before serving.

Notes

  • Drain ricotta beforehand if watery for best texture.
  • Adjust lemon juice gradually to control brightness.
