- 1 pound ground beef
- 2 tablespoons taco seasoning
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup sliced green onions
- Sliced jalapeños (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned. Drain excess fat.
- Stir in taco seasoning and cream cheese. Cook until melted and well combined.
- Grease a 9×13 baking dish and spread the meat mixture into it.
- Top with shredded cheddar cheese.
- Bake for 15–20 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
- Let rest for 5 minutes, then top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, olives, green onions, and jalapeños if desired.
- Serve hot with optional toppings like sour cream or avocado.

- Use lean ground beef for a lighter bake.
- Add hot sauce or chili flakes for more heat.
- Top just before serving to keep veggies fresh and crisp.
