Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
  • 2 cups pineapple juice
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 45 lemons)
  • 3 cups cold water
  • ½ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
  • Ice cubes, as needed
  • Fresh mint leaves, optional for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine the mango chunks, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until completely smooth.
  2. Place a strainer over a large pitcher if a smoother texture is preferred. Pour the blended mixture into the pitcher.
  3. Add the cold water and stir well to combine.
  4. Adjust sweetness by tasting and adding more sugar or lemon juice if desired.
  5. Add plenty of ice cubes and optional mint leaves.
  6. Chill for 30 minutes or more before serving. Pour into glasses and garnish as desired.
