- 2 large ripe mangoes, peeled and cubed
- 2 cups pineapple juice
- 1 cup fresh lemon juice (about 4–5 lemons)
- 3 cups cold water
- ½ cup granulated sugar (adjust to taste)
- Ice cubes, as needed
- Fresh mint leaves, optional for garnish
Instructions
- In a blender, combine the mango chunks, pineapple juice, lemon juice, and sugar. Blend until completely smooth.
- Place a strainer over a large pitcher if a smoother texture is preferred. Pour the blended mixture into the pitcher.
- Add the cold water and stir well to combine.
- Adjust sweetness by tasting and adding more sugar or lemon juice if desired.
- Add plenty of ice cubes and optional mint leaves.
- Chill for 30 minutes or more before serving. Pour into glasses and garnish as desired.

- Use ripe mangoes for the best natural sweetness and flavor.
- Chill before serving to let flavors develop fully.
