Ingredients

  • 4 cups goldfish crackers
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease if needed.
  2. In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter.
  3. Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
  4. Stir in vanilla extract.
  5. Remove from heat and gently fold in goldfish crackers and chocolate chips until evenly coated.
  6. Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press down gently to spread evenly.
  7. Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes to set.
  8. Slice into squares and serve.
