- 4 cups mini marshmallows
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 4 cups goldfish crackers
- 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Line a 9×9-inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease if needed.
- In a large saucepan over medium-low heat, melt the butter.
- Add mini marshmallows and stir until completely melted and smooth.
- Stir in vanilla extract.
- Remove from heat and gently fold in goldfish crackers and chocolate chips until evenly coated.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared pan and press down gently to spread evenly.
- Let cool at room temperature for 30 minutes to set.
- Slice into squares and serve.
