These Meltaway Brownie Cookies are a decadent blend of soft, fudgy brownies and classic cookies.   • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Instructions

  • Prepare the Dough:
    • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and line two baking sheets with parchment paper.
    • In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter and granulated sugar until smooth.
    • Add the eggs and vanilla extract, whisking until fully combined.
    • Sift in the cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt, mixing until smooth.
    • Gradually fold in the flour until a thick batter forms. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  • Shape the Cookies:
    • Use a tablespoon or cookie scoop to drop rounded balls of dough onto the prepared baking sheets, spacing them about 2 inches apart.
  • Bake the Cookies:
    • Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the edges are set and the centers look slightly underbaked.
    • Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheets for 5 minutes before transferring them to a wire rack to cool completely.
  • Serve:
