Mini Chicken Caesar Salad Crunch Wraps

These mini chicken Caesar salad crunch wraps combine crispy croutons, creamy dressing, tender chicken, and fresh romaine in a warm, toasted tortilla  the perfect handheld meal.

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
  • 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • ¾ cup croutons
  • ½ cup Caesar dressing
  • ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
  • 4 small flour tortillas (68 inch)

Instructions

  1. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
  2. In a large bowl, combine the chicken, romaine lettuce, croutons, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan.
  3. Lay out each tortilla and spoon the mixture into the center.
  4. Fold in the sides of the tortilla to form a tight wrap.
  5. Place the wraps seam-side down into the heated skillet.
  6. Toast each side for 2–3 minutes until golden and crisp.
  7. Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, and cut in half.
  8. Serve warm with extra dressing if desired.

Notes

  • Don’t overfill the wraps to avoid splitting.
  • Use room temperature or slightly warm chicken for best results.
  • To make ahead, prepare the filling and store separately from the tortillas.
