- 1 ½ cups cooked chicken, diced or shredded
- 2 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
- ¾ cup croutons
- ½ cup Caesar dressing
- ⅓ cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 4 small flour tortillas (6–8 inch)
Instructions
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- In a large bowl, combine the chicken, romaine lettuce, croutons, Caesar dressing, and Parmesan.
- Lay out each tortilla and spoon the mixture into the center.
- Fold in the sides of the tortilla to form a tight wrap.
- Place the wraps seam-side down into the heated skillet.
- Toast each side for 2–3 minutes until golden and crisp.
- Remove from skillet, let cool slightly, and cut in half.
- Serve warm with extra dressing if desired.
Notes
- Don’t overfill the wraps to avoid splitting.
- Use room temperature or slightly warm chicken for best results.
- To make ahead, prepare the filling and store separately from the tortillas.
