Instructions
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, chopped eggs, cheese, flour, cornstarch, and spices.
- Shape the mixture into small rolls.
- Coat each roll evenly with bread crumbs.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and place on paper towels.
- Serve hot and enjoy.
