  • 1 cup bread crumbs

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  2. In a bowl, mix mashed potatoes, chopped eggs, cheese, flour, cornstarch, and spices.
  3. Shape the mixture into small rolls.
  4. Coat each roll evenly with bread crumbs.
  5. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
  6. Remove and place on paper towels.
  7. Serve hot and enjoy.
