  • ½ lb ground beef
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ¼ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp onion powder
  • 4 slices cheddar cheese, cut into small squares
  • 2 tbsp ketchup or burger sauce
  • ¼ cup shredded lettuce
  • 2 tbsp diced pickles
  • 8 mini skewers or toothpicks

Instructions

  • Prepare the Tater Tots:
    Bake or air-fry tater tots until crispy. Flatten slightly with a spatula.
  • Cook the Beef:
    Season ground beef with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Shape into small patties and cook in a skillet over medium heat for 2-3 minutes per side. Add cheese and let it melt.

    Place a tater tot as the base, top with a cheeseburger patty, a dab of ketchup, lettuce, and pickles. Add another tater tot on top and secure with a skewer.
