Ingredients
Scale
- 3 to 4 pounds beef chuck roast
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1 packet au jus gravy mix
- 1/2 cup butter
- 6 to 8 whole pepperoncini peppers
- 1/4 cup pepperoncini juice
Instructions
- Set the slow cooker to low heat.
- Prepare the seasoning mix and ingredients.
- Sear the beef in a skillet until browned.
- Place beef in slow cooker and add all ingredients.
- Cook on low for 8 hours until tender.
- Shred the beef and mix with sauce.
- Serve warm.

- Do not add extra liquid
