Ingredients

  • 2 cups ripe mangoes, peeled and chopped
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon lemon zest
  • 1/2 cup vanilla ice cream
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped mochi pieces
  • 1/2 cup ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Run your blender empty for 10 seconds to preheat slightly.
  2. Add mangoes, milk, lemon juice, zest, ice cream, sweetener (if using), and ice cubes to the blender.
  3. Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
  4. Stir in the chopped mochi pieces gently after blending.
  5. Let the milkshake sit for 1–2 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
  6. Pour into chilled mason jars or tall glasses and top with extra mango chunks or lemon zest if desired.

Notes

  • Use frozen mango for a thicker shake.
  • Taste before adding sweetener — ripe mangoes might be sweet enough.
