Instructions
- Run your blender empty for 10 seconds to preheat slightly.
- Add mangoes, milk, lemon juice, zest, ice cream, sweetener (if using), and ice cubes to the blender.
- Blend until completely smooth and creamy.
- Stir in the chopped mochi pieces gently after blending.
- Let the milkshake sit for 1–2 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
- Pour into chilled mason jars or tall glasses and top with extra mango chunks or lemon zest if desired.
Notes
- Use frozen mango for a thicker shake.
- Taste before adding sweetener — ripe mangoes might be sweet enough.
- Add a pinch of salt to enhance natural fruit flavors.
- Chop mochi small for easy sipping or spooning.
