Instructions

  • Whisk the Eggs:
    In a bowl, whisk the eggs with milk, salt, and pepper.
  • Cook the Eggs:
    Heat butter or oil in a non-stick pan over medium heat. Pour in the egg mixture and cook undisturbed for 2-3 minutes until the edges start to set.
  • Add Cheese & Fillings:
    Sprinkle mozzarella cheese over one side of the omelet. Add any optional fillings you like, such as diced tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms, or fresh basil.
  • Fold the Omelet:
