¾ cup sugar
1 large egg
1½ cups all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder

¼ cup vegetable oil
¾ cup milk

2 tablespoons melted butter
½ cup sugar + 1 teaspoon cinnamon (for rolling)
Preheat & Prep: Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 12-cup muffin tin.
Mix Wet & Dry: In a bowl, beat together sugar and egg. In a separate bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, salt, and nutmeg.
