- 240 milliliters heavy cream, cold
- 200 grams Biscoff spread
- 6 whole Biscoff biscuits for topping
- 2 tablespoons crushed Biscoff crumbs for garnish
Instructions
- Line an 8×8 inch square pan with parchment paper.
- Mix crushed Biscoff biscuits with melted butter until evenly combined.
- Press the mixture firmly into the pan to form an even base. Chill for 20 minutes.
- Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Whip heavy cream until soft peaks form, then gently fold into the cream cheese mixture.
- Spread the filling evenly over the chilled base.
- Warm the Biscoff spread slightly until pourable, then spread evenly over the filling.
- Refrigerate for at least 4 hours until fully set.
- Top with whole biscuits and sprinkle crushed crumbs before slicing and serving.
