These No-Bake Coconut Cream Balls are a delicious, quick treat for coconut lovers. Sweetened coconut, condensed milk, and powdered sugar are blended together, then coated in coconut or dipped in white chocolate for an extra indulgence!

  • ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ cup melted white chocolate (optional, for dipping)

Instructions

  • Prepare the Coconut Mixture:
    • In a medium bowl, combine shredded coconut, sweetened condensed milk, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix until well-blended and sticky.
  • Shape the Balls:
    • Scoop about 1 tablespoon of the mixture, roll it into a ball with your hands, and place it on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Repeat until all the mixture is used.
  • Coat the Balls:
    • Roll each ball in extra shredded coconut to coat. For an added treat, dip each ball halfway into the melted white chocolate.
  • Chill:
