This No-Bake Orange Creamsicle Cheesecake combines the sweet, tangy flavor of orange with creamy cheesecake for a refreshing, no-bake dessert that’s perfect for summer. Easy to make and absolutely delicious!

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham cracker crumbs
  • ¼ cup sugar
  • ½ cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 cups cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¾ cup orange juice (freshly squeezed if possible)
  • 2 tsp orange zest
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 envelope unflavored gelatin
  • 2 tbsp water
  • Orange slices or zest for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl, mix together the graham cracker crumbs, sugar, and melted butter until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom of a 9-inch springform pan to form the crust. Refrigerate while preparing the filling.
  2. In a small bowl, combine the unflavored gelatin with water. Let it bloom for 5 minutes, then microwave for 10-15 seconds to dissolve completely.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Add powdered sugar, orange juice, orange zest, and vanilla extract. Mix until fully incorporated.
  4. In another bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form. Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until well combined.
  5. Stir in the dissolved gelatin into the cream cheese mixture. Mix gently until the gelatin is evenly distributed.
  6. Pour the cream cheese mixture over the prepared crust in the springform pan. Smooth the top with a spatula.
  7. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 4 hours or overnight to set.
  8. Before serving, garnish with fresh orange slices or extra zest, if desired.
  9. Slice and enjoy this creamy, refreshing treat!

Notes

  • If you prefer a more intense orange flavor, add more orange zest to the filling.
  • For a more firm texture, increase the amount of gelatin slightly.
  • Make sure the gelatin is fully dissolved before adding to the mixture to avoid lumps.
