- 3 tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- Pinch of Sea Salt
- 1/2 cup Mini Marshmallows (Gluten-Free)
- 1/3 cup Crushed Gluten-Free Graham Crackers
- 1/4 cup Dairy-Free Chocolate Chips (Optional)
Instructions
- Warm up your mugs by filling them with hot water and set them aside.
- In a small saucepan, whisk together the cocoa powder, dairy-free milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and sea salt until smooth.
- Place the saucepan over medium heat and stir constantly until the mixture is hot and slightly thickened.
- Pour the hot cocoa into your pre-warmed mugs.
- Top each mug with mini marshmallows.
- Use a kitchen torch to lightly toast the marshmallows if desired.
- Sprinkle with crushed gluten-free graham crackers and add chocolate chips if desired.
- Serve immediately while hot and enjoy.

- Use oat milk for a creamier texture.
- Prep the cocoa mix ahead and store in the fridge for up to 3 days.
- Top just before serving for the best texture and appearance.
