These Buffalo Chicken Pizza Pockets are packed with spicy shredded chicken, melty mozzarella, and a crispy golden crust! Perfect for a quick snack, game day appetizer, or an easy weeknight meal. Dip them in ranch or blue cheese dressing for the ultimate flavor explosion!

Ingredients

  • 1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup cooked shredded chicken
  • ½ cup Buffalo sauce
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • ½ cup crumbled blue cheese (optional)
  • 1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)

 

  • Ranch or blue cheese dressing, for dipping

Instructions

Preheat & Prepare:

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2️⃣ Make the Filling:

  • In a bowl, mix shredded chicken with Buffalo sauce until evenly coated.

3️⃣ Assemble the Pizza Pockets:

  • Roll out the pizza dough and cut it into 6 equal squares.
  • Place a scoop of Buffalo chicken mixture in the center of each square.
  • Sprinkle with mozzarella (and blue cheese, if using).
  • Fold the dough over the filling to form a triangle, sealing the edges with a fork.

4️⃣ Bake to Perfection:

  • Brush the tops with egg wash.
  • Bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
