Delight in these festive Oreo Balls, a no-bake treat combining crushed Oreo cookies and cream cheese, dipped in melted chocolate, and adorned with holiday sprinkles. Perfect for holiday gatherings and gifting, these indulgent bites are as fun to make as they are to eat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 package (14.3 oz) Oreo cookies
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 12 oz semi-sweet or white chocolate chips
  • Holiday sprinkles for decorating

Instructions

  • Crush Oreos: Place Oreo cookies in a food processor and pulse until fine crumbs form. Alternatively, place them in a resealable bag and crush with a rolling pin.
  • Mix with Cream Cheese: In a mixing bowl, combine Oreo crumbs with softened cream cheese. Mix until well combined to form a dough.
  • Form Balls: Roll the mixture into small balls and place them on a parchment-lined baking sheet. Freeze for about 30 minutes to set.
  • Melt Chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, melt chocolate chips in 30-second intervals, stirring after each, until smooth.
  • Dip Balls: Using a fork or toothpick, dip each frozen ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Return to the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  • Decorate: Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle each ball with holiday sprinkles.
  • Set: Allow the chocolate to set at room temperature or refrigerate until firm.

Notes

  • For a smoother dipping process, add a teaspoon of coconut oil to the melted chocolate.
  • Experiment with different Oreo flavors or chocolate coatings for variety.
  • Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week.
