  • 4 fresh peaches, halved and pitted
  • 1 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 tbsp brown sugar (adjust to taste)
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder
  • A pinch of salt

Instructions

  • Prep the Peaches:
    • Slice the peaches in half vertically and remove the pits.
  • Prepare the Pan:
    • Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat.
    • Add brown sugar, cinnamon, ginger powder, and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine into a sauce.
  • Cook the Peaches:
    • Place the peaches cut-side down in the skillet.
    • Cook for 5–7 minutes on medium heat until the cut side is golden brown and caramelized.
  • Flip and Finish:
    • Gently turn the peaches over and cook the rounded side for another 2–3 minutes.
