- 2 cups cooked rigatoni pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Marinara sauce (optional, for dipping)
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 390°F for 3–5 minutes.
- In a bowl, toss cooled and dried pasta with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
- Grease or line the air fryer basket.
- Place pasta in a single layer inside the basket.
- Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
- Let cool slightly, sprinkle with extra Parmesan if desired, and serve with marinara sauce.
Notes
- Use rigatoni or penne for best texture and shape.
- Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket—cook in batches if needed.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
- Reheat in the air fryer for 1–2 minutes to re-crisp.
