Parmesan Air Fryer Pasta Chips

Crispy, golden, cheesy pasta chips made in the air fryer and perfect for snacking or dipping. These Parmesan Air Fryer Pasta Chips are quick, easy, and totally addictive.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked rigatoni pasta
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Marinara sauce (optional, for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat air fryer to 390°F for 3–5 minutes.
  2. In a bowl, toss cooled and dried pasta with olive oil, Parmesan, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, and salt.
  3. Grease or line the air fryer basket.
  4. Place pasta in a single layer inside the basket.
  5. Air fry for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through.
  6. Let cool slightly, sprinkle with extra Parmesan if desired, and serve with marinara sauce.

Notes

  • Use rigatoni or penne for best texture and shape.
  • Do not overcrowd the air fryer basket—cook in batches if needed.
  • Store leftovers in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days.
