Instructions

  • Preheat the Oven:

    • In a large bowl, combine the flour, sugar, baking soda, and salt. Set aside.
  • Whisk Wet Ingredients:

    • In another bowl, whisk together the milk, vanilla extract, and eggs. Set aside.
  • Melt Butter and Peanut Butter:

    • In a saucepan, melt the butter and peanut butter over medium heat. Stir until smooth, then mix with the dry ingredients. Add the egg mixture and mix until fully combined.
  • Bake the Bars:

    • Spread the batter evenly on the greased cookie sheet.
    • Bake for 20 minutes, or until the bars are golden and set. Let them cool completely.
  • Make the Frosting:

    • In a saucepan, melt the butter and peanut butter for the frosting.
    • Add the milk and powdered sugar, stirring until smooth.
