These Philly Cheesesteak Loaded Stuffed Peppers are a flavorful twist on the classic cheesesteak! With tender shaved ribeye steak, caramelized onions, sautéed mushrooms, and a creamy cheese filling, this dish is perfect for a low-carb dinner or a comforting meal.

  • 4 large bell peppers
  • 1 lb shaved ribeye or thinly sliced steak
  • 1/2 cup sautéed mushrooms 🍄
  • 1/2 cup caramelized onions 🧅
  • 1/2 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 1/4 cup cream cheese
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  • Stir in the cream cheese until fully incorporated, creating a creamy, cheesy filling.
