- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 3 large eggs

- 1 cup crushed pineapple

- 2 cups powdered sugar
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a cake pan.
- Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in one bowl.
- In another bowl combine eggs, oil, pineapple, and vanilla.
- Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
- Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until done.
- Let cake cool completely.
- Beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
- Spread frosting over cake and serve.
