Ingredients

  • 2 cups powdered sugar

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F and grease a cake pan.
  2. Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in one bowl.
  3. In another bowl combine eggs, oil, pineapple, and vanilla.
  4. Combine wet and dry ingredients until smooth.
  5. Pour batter into pan and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until done.
  7. Let cake cool completely.
  8. Beat cream cheese, butter, and powdered sugar until smooth.
  9. Spread frosting over cake and serve.
