- 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (8-count)
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 16 pepperoni slices
- 2 tablespoons chopped chives (optional)
- 2 tablespoons melted olive oil or butter (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a muffin tin.
- Flatten each biscuit round to fit the muffin cups, then press them into the tin.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of pizza sauce into each dough cup.
- Top with shredded mozzarella and 2 slices of pepperoni per bite.
- Bake for 12 to 15 minutes until golden and bubbly.
- Brush with melted butter or oil and sprinkle with chopped chives if using.
- Cool for 3–5 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Don’t overfill with sauce to avoid soggy dough.
- Use parchment muffin liners for easier cleanup.
- Add Italian seasoning or red pepper flakes for extra flavor.
