- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup pizza sauce
- 3/4 cup mini pepperoni
- 1 tsp dried oregano
- Chopped fresh basil (optional, for garnish)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in half the mozzarella and half the Parmesan.
- Lightly grease a 9-inch round baking dish.
- Spread the cheese mixture evenly in the bottom of the dish.
- Top with pizza sauce, then the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
- Sprinkle mini pepperoni and oregano on top.
- Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
- Let it sit for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
- Serve warm with bread, crackers, or chips.
Notes
- Let the dip rest after baking for a cleaner scoop.
- Use block cheese for better melting.
- Try adding sautéed veggies or olives for extra flavor.
