Pizza Dip

This bubbling pizza dip is loaded with cheesy goodness, zesty sauce, and pepperoni in every bite. Perfect for parties, game days, or any time you want a warm, crowd-pleasing snack.

Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 cup pizza sauce
  • 3/4 cup mini pepperoni
  • 1 tsp dried oregano
  • Chopped fresh basil (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine softened cream cheese and sour cream until smooth. Stir in half the mozzarella and half the Parmesan.
  3. Lightly grease a 9-inch round baking dish.
  4. Spread the cheese mixture evenly in the bottom of the dish.
  5. Top with pizza sauce, then the remaining mozzarella and Parmesan.
  6. Sprinkle mini pepperoni and oregano on top.
  7. Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until bubbly and golden.
  8. Let it sit for 5 minutes. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.
  9. Serve warm with bread, crackers, or chips.

Notes

  • Let the dip rest after baking for a cleaner scoop.
  • Use block cheese for better melting.
  • Try adding sautéed veggies or olives for extra flavor.
