Instructions

  • Prepare the Brownie Batter:
    • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8×8-inch baking pan with parchment paper and grease lightly.
    • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the melted butter, sugar, vanilla extract, and white vinegar until smooth.
    • Add the eggs, one at a time, whisking well after each addition.
    • Mix in the red food coloring.
    • Sift in the cocoa powder, flour, and salt, and fold gently until just combined.
    • Reserve 1/4 cup of the brownie batter for swirling, then spread the remaining batter evenly into the prepared pan.
