Salted Caramel Apple Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 large green apple, chopped into bite-sized cubes
  • 8 to 10 caramel-filled chocolate squares, halved
  • 20 mini pretzels
  • 20 toothpicks

Instructions

  1. Slice the green apple into bite-sized cubes and halve the caramel-filled chocolate squares.
  2. Lay out mini pretzels in a single layer on a serving plate.
  3. Place a piece of chocolate on each pretzel and microwave for 10–15 seconds until slightly softened.
  4. Press an apple cube on top of the chocolate and secure it with a toothpick.
  5. Let set for a couple of minutes or refrigerate for 5 minutes to firm up.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!
