- 1 cup Rolled Oats
- 1 medium Ripe Banana
- 3/4 cup Milk (dairy or plant-based)
- 1 large Egg
- 1 teaspoon Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
- 1/4 cup Salted Caramel Sauce (plus more for topping)
- 1/4 teaspoon Sea Salt Flakes
- 1 tablespoon Coconut Oil or Butter, melted
- Pinch of Cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a baking dish or ramekins.
- In a blender, combine oats, banana, milk, egg, baking powder, vanilla, caramel sauce, salt, and cinnamon. Blend until smooth.
- Pour the batter into the prepared dish. Drizzle extra caramel on top and swirl with a spoon.
- Sprinkle with sea salt flakes and place in the oven.
- Bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until golden and set.
- Let cool slightly, drizzle with more caramel, and serve warm.
Notes
- Use very ripe bananas for the best sweetness and moisture.
- Make ahead by blending the batter the night before and refrigerating.
