- 3 cups bread flour
- 1 1/4 cups warm water
- 2 teaspoons active dry yeast
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 3 tablespoons sunflower seeds
- 2 tablespoons flax seeds
- 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
- 2 tablespoons pumpkin seeds
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- In a large bowl mix warm water, yeast, and honey and let sit until foamy.
- Add bread flour, olive oil, salt, sunflower seeds, flax seeds, sesame seeds, and pumpkin seeds.
- Knead the dough for about 8 minutes until smooth and elastic.
- Lightly oil a loaf pan and place the shaped dough inside.
- Cover and allow the dough to rise for about 40 minutes until puffy.
- Bake for 35 minutes until golden brown.
- Remove from the pan and cool on a rack before slicing.
Notes
- Lightly toast the seeds before adding them to deepen their flavor.
- Allow the bread to cool fully before slicing for the best texture.
- Store in an airtight container for up to three days.
